1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to our peer-to-peer car sharing platform. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (25 for certain vehicle categories)
• Hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws

3. Platform Role

The Platform operates as a marketplace connecting vehicle owners (Hosts) and renters (Renters). We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the rental agreement between Hosts and Renters. All bookings are contracts directly between Hosts and Renters.

4. User Responsibilities

Renters must:

• Provide valid identification and driver's license
• Use vehicles lawfully and per rental agreement
• Return vehicles on time in same condition
• Report accidents or damage immediately
• Not allow unauthorized drivers
• Comply with all traffic laws

Hosts must:

• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Maintain vehicles in safe, roadworthy condition
• Comply with local regulations
• Respond promptly to booking requests
• Provide vehicles as described

5. Payments and Fees

Platform fees vary based on insurance provider selected and cover platform operation, payment processing, and administrative services. Current fee structure:

• Host-Provided Insurance: 8% platform fee (Host)
• Renter-Provided Insurance: 9.99% platform fee (Host)

Note: Service fees are charged to renters separately and are not disclosed to hosts.
